Ambulance drivers in Arkhangelsk asked Mishustin about covid payments

In Arkhangelsk, ambulance drivers turned to the head of government Mikhail Mishustin about payments for work with sick coronavirus. An ambulance officer wondered about paying for the work of ambulances: will it depend on the number of shifts or on the number of hospitalized patients.

“The brigade did not come on foot herself. The SMP driver also provided an ambulance,” the authors of the appeal write, noting that the surcharges for a new government decree are entitled only to those drivers who hospitalized patients with coronavirus.

The new government decree prescribes payments to doctors for work with Covid Pacrants. Ambulance paramedics will receive 600 rubles per shift, doctors from 1215 to 3880 rubles.

At the end of October, the authorities of the Arkhangelsk region canceled regional payments for doctors for working with coronavirus. According to the former Minister of Health of the region Anton Karpunov, they will not pay money, since the authorities reduced the risks of coronavirus infection among health workers. “The events that justified these risks are executed and minimized,” the official said.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Arkhangelsk, 22467 cases of coronavirus have been identified. 296 people died. From March to September, more than 1800 doctors fell ill with coronavirus.
