After a loud emergency with an ambulance in Omsk, the head of the regional Ministry of Health was fired

Governor Alexander Burkov dismissed Irina Soldatov. The basis for a hard personnel solution was a loud incident that occurred in Omsk on October 27: two ambulances, due to the lack of free places in the hospitals, brought heavy patients to the ministry building, after which they were hospitalized in BSMP No. 2.

Two days after the emergency, a commission of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, headed by Deputy Minister Yevgeny Kamkin, arrived in the city. Interestingly, she did not find significant violations in the work of the regional medical department. As Kamkin said on the air of the Omsk GTRK (the main television channel of the Omsk region), the “necessary reserve of covid beds in the region is available”, “there is enough drugs to provide medical assistance in full” (both of the certificates on the forums and social networks of ordinary Omsk residents, as well as the information of the local department of the alliance of doctors).

The only thing, according to Kamkin, was necessary to establish is “an effective routing scheme”.

After such conclusions, the Federal Resignation Commission Irina Soldatova was not expected here. At the time of the audit, by order of the governor, her deputy Anastasia Malova, who was responsible for the provision of ambulance, Omsk residents, was removed from work. But a few days after the removal of the photo of Malova appeared in the public of the regional Ministry of Health on Instagram - in the circle of colleagues and associates of Irina Soldatova, who, before the appointment in Omsk, held the post of deputy minister of the Moscow Region (Malova worked there).

After such a “demarche”, from the side of Soldatova, there were assumptions that she did not completely submit to the governor.

The hints of its “independence” from the regional authorities, even higher, slipped in local media earlier. In the regional information space, a version of the war of two “health -founding” clans is widespread, one of the episodes of which was an emergency with an ambulance. One way or another, the “informal” act of doctors helped to save people's lives - there really was nowhere to bring them: from morning to late evening, not a single Omsk hospital received them.

The chief physician of the Disabled Rehabilitation Center Natela Polezhaeva (the former daughter -in -law of the former governor, who ruled the region for more than 20 years), so commented on the “new” that was happening in Omsk:

- You can make a movie about the situation in local healthcare. And not only documentary: the twisted plot with subcover intrigues pulls on the television series - an exciting bureaucratic saga ... I have no doubt that the scandal with the Skory was prepared by the team of the predecessor of Soldatova - Andrei Storozhenko, who, despite the departure from this post, continues to control the regional medical budget. It is included in this team, for example, the vice-governor, head of the regional Ministry of Socialistry Vladimir Kupriyanov.

Soldatova, roughly speaking, “climbed into their meadow” - into the empire, which Storozhenko, heading the regionalmine, built seven years.

Of course, this did not suit them.

There is reason to assume that she herself is the protege of the oligarch Yevtushenkov: followed by her appointment in Omsk, the network of the Medsi clinics began to form. So, I think, there is a struggle of purely economic interests, and it is unlikely to end with Soldatova’s resignation: the “losing” side probably plans a response.

A terrible plot develops in parallel - the drama of thousands of people, overtaken by an epidemic. According to the regional operational headquarters, on November 6, the Covid-19 is infected with more than 17 thousand inhabitants of the region, every day the number of new cases is growing, the last figure is 215. According to official information, more than 450 people have died from coronavirus. And according to Rosstat, this indicator can be more than three times underestimated. According to the Omsk Alliance of Doctors, the situation is actually even worse.

On November 7, Governor Burkov, who was released with the departure of Soldatova, appointed Alexander Murakhovsky, who became famous in August this year, when Alexei Navalny was delivered to the BSMP No. 1 led by him. Murakhovsky categorically denied the fact of poisoning: he was the first to nominate the version that the cause of a serious illness of the politician was a “metabolic disorder”.

After that, Murakhovsky received (probably as a bonus) another post - from October 9, he headed the city clinical hospital No. 1 named after Kabanova, while remaining the head of the head physician “Propristy” to him throughout the world of BSMP No. 1. Being the head physician of the two largest clinics in the city, Murakhovsky, in combination, managed to sit in the city council (United Russia faction).

His new appointment (agreed, according to the portal of the regional government, with the leadership of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation) exploded social networks. The main message of the comments: "Let him say thanks to Navalny, whom he did not want to let go to Germany." Commentators suggest that his main task in the post of regional minister will be to “align the statistics of diseases”: in an episode with Navalny, he proved that he knows how to work with facts.
