Employees of the Anna Akhmatova museum in a fountain house, theater director Yana Tumin and artists of the creative manufactory of PTH Masha Heaven and Zhenya Isaev invented this open -air interpretation for teenagers - for those who, perhaps, did not read Brodsky yet.

The wall of the Sheremetevsky garden has long been scribbled and painted with poems and graffiti. About eight years ago, architect Sergei Padalko, the author of various museum projects, including the huge portrait of Akhmatova in the arch on Litein, 53, the museum workers asked to write poems by Akhmatova of the 1912-1920s on the wall. They are still preserved there. With the advent of the exhibition about Brodsky, the connection of poems occurred.

Along the wall, you need to go slowly and peer, read out, listen. After all, the old street phone, and fragments of the stairs of the St. Petersburg house, and the mailboxes in the front door, and the hallway with a coat, half -walled into the wall, kitchen, rooms with old things - all this is imbued with quotes of Brodsky poems. Through all this, his voice, reading poetry, as well as the noise that was once called another poet “The Holy of Time”-young voices, steps, clinging glasses, wheels of coffee-coffee, characteristic sound of a printing machine.

“This is not subject, but a semantic, poetic archeology,” says Nina Popova, the creator and first director of the museum Anna Akhmatova. - An exhibition where there is not a single genuine object that directly belonged to the poet, but a host of genuine lines, gives a feeling of authenticity, here his voice lives - among the trees in the garden. The exhibition on the wall will be, until the snow, wind, rain will not erase it all, and then we will do the same about Akhmatov. ”

In the evening, the views of Venice arise on the firewall of a neighboring house - a city so expensive to a poet. And on the ground floor of the museum, you can, observing all the precautions of our covid era, print several lines in the "corner of samizdat" on old "erica".
