The Office of the Roskomnadzor in the Amur Region drew up a protocol on an administrative offense due to the release of the scientific journal “Theoretical and Applied Linguistics” with examples in foreign languages. A copy of the document is at the disposal of "Mediazons".
Roskomnadzor noticed violations during a planned audit, having studied the content of the rooms published in September. The reason for drawing up the protocol was the use of articles on linguistics of examples in foreign languages (English, Chinese, German, Greek, Spanish and French).
The RKN indicates that the certificate of registration of the media is only about the Russian language (this is a mistake, both Russian and English are mentioned on the website of the RKN itself). “The grounds for making amendments to the record on the registration of the media (re -registration of the media) are identified in connection with a change in the language,” the protocol said.

As a result, the protocol was drawn up in relation to the publisher of the magazine - the Amur State University - about the violation of the procedure for the manufacture and distribution of the magazine.
The warning was classified as aggravating circumstances in the department, issued in relation to AMGU by a local judge in March of this year on a different reason.
