The court in St. Petersburg sent under house arrest the owner of the burnt house of the elderly in Krasnoye Selo

Krasnoselsky District Court sent Salavat Valiev, the owner of a private nursing home, where a fire from three dead took place. This was reported by the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg.

Valiev is accused of providing services that do not meet security requirements (part 3 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
