The reason for applying to the court was a complaint of a Petersburger, who said that the community advertises a tour of the roof of an apartment building on the sea embankment. According to the press service of the prosecutor's office, after the audit it turned out that the public offers the organization of excursions and "form a positive attitude of minors and youth to Rufing."
