The authorities of St. Petersburg invited the Ministry of Health to make the city a "model region in working out the optimal help structure" Covid-19 patients. This was reported by the press service of Smolny after meetings with representatives of the department.

The meeting with the First Deputy Minister of Health Igor Kagramanyan and assistant to Minister Oksana Guseva was held on November 9.
