The Miass City Court declared illegal the dismissal of six employees of the Ural automobile plant. about this with reference to the leader of the independent trade union of the plant, Anatoly Bannykh. writes Novaya Gazeta
According to Novaya Gazeta, the plant's administration fired six employees in July because of a protest against changes in working conditions: the plant's management tried to force workers to agree to a "rolling schedule" that virtually ruled out the possibility of taking two days off in a row.
“By the decision of the Miass city court, judge Gonibesov, I was reinstated in my previous job. Two months waiting for a fair decision, no job, no means of livelihood,” Bannykh said.
The trade union leader also stressed that the restored workers are “on the black list” of the plant administration: under the special control of the resource protection service, without additional earnings - overtime and double days off.
