A court in Penza sentenced a transgender girl to a year of probation

A court in Penza found a transgender girl guilty of calls for extremist activities (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced her to one year of probation and two years of probation. Kira talks about this in her Telegram channel.

On June 1, she wrote a criminal case against a 19-year-old transgender girl under the article on calls for extremist activities (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code) in connection with a comment on a social network about revolution and violence against government officials. Kira was taken for interrogation, where they called her “gay”, threatened that she would be “completely beaten” if she did not confess, and hit her head against the wall. She was forced to deliver on camera a confession that was dictated to her. After this, a search was carried out at her home, during which two computers, a phone and SIM cards were confiscated.

As the process progressed, Kira was placed for examination at a neuropsychiatric dispensary, where hormonal drugs were taken from her. The girl was put in the men's department. There, she said, an orderly accosted her and touched her breasts.
