In Magadan, more than a month has been looking for candidates for the mayor of the city. The competition for this position was announced in early October, but due to the lack of applicants it was recognized as failed and postponed to November. The day before, the city Duma shared joyful news with reporters: seven people submitted to the new application. “MBH Media” managed to find two of them - a carrier-legalist from Krasnoyarsk Oksana Yakovlev and the head of the ritual agency Alexander Sharabev from Tomsk. We talked with them about their motives and how they are going to manage the city.

Malicious offender

Oksana Yakovleva is known that in 2016 it became the first champion of Russia in Dreg-Rising (Autonomous Republics) in the classroom of front-wheel drive cars (FWD). And the media also wrote a lot about her last year. The woman attracted the close attention of journalists to her person by the fact that in just a few months she managed to appeal more than 90 traffic police fines, which she received specifically to pay attention to one funny legal collision.

The fact is that all of her cars are recorded on a minor son, and according to the standards of the Code of Administrative Offenses, fines cannot be sent to a child under 16 years of age. The law says that in automatic mode, it is impossible to make decisions on administrative offenses on legal representatives, because the fixation cameras are not able to determine the driver. However, Krasnoyarsk fines still came.

The malicious violator helped the police and legislators to challenge the long -term legal practice. The woman has her own company, which specializes in the protection of consumer rights, the release of cars from the pledge, removing them of their arrest, as well as to protect the interests of victims in criminal cases in economic disputes.

The racer decided to offer her candidacy for the post of head of the Kolyma capital after she found out that no one wanted to lead the city, she told MBH Media.

“I looked that there were no applications for the mayor of Magadan in October and wondered: why is this happening? Do everyone want easy ways? And since I am a decisive person, I thought: who, if not me?! ”

It is not a problem to move six thousand kilometers from Krasnoyarsk for Oksana: she is from Omsk, and has been living in the capital of Siberia since 2013, so it is calm to such a global change of situation.

“I love Russia and love winter. I always lived and live in Siberia, I can live in Magadan and do good, ”she said.

The car carrier assures that he will not be upset if she does not manage to take the mayor. But in the event of victory, those who will get to work with her apparently have to hardly: “I know how to work. It is to work, not promise. Therefore, my motto: no words and promises, only real deeds. I am a tough leader who will not tolerate negligence, which will not destroy natural resources, which is extremely negative about violation of law and non -compliance with human rights. ”

"Mr. Ritual"

Another candidate for mayors of Magadan is the head of the funeral bureau, Alexander Sharabev, managing the branches of the Unified Dispatch Service of Ritual Services in Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kuzbass. In case of victory, he intends to abandon the mayor’s salary or sacrifice her for charity. The remuneration of deputies of the City Duma also plans to revise.

“When I heard that they were looking for and cannot find the mayor in Magadan, I decided: why not? There is a great desire to benefit people, to make a city better, ”said Sharabev“ MBH Media ”.

And Sharabaev wants to create a ministry of happy life in the Magadan region. The agency will deal with the issues of the psychological health of the population and an increase in the level of optimism of the city residents - the experience of foreign countries in which such organizations already exist.

Sharabaev admitted that comments in connection with his nomination for the mayor’s post come.

“My initiative is supported by many people, including from the region. Very serious people called, they said that this was a good solution, ”he shared.

There were also those who are dissatisfied with the “candidate who promotes the funeral mafia,” this is how the author of the petition responds about Sharabaev against his nomination, published on the Change.org website.

“We ask all the indifferent residents and those who lived in Magadan, to rally against this“ Mr. Ritual ”and repulse his actions! Sign the petition, let his moods and plans be violated by residents on the early approaches to our region,” the text says.

However, at the time of publication of the material, only five people signed it.

With all the desire to become the mayor of the Kolyma capital, the man is not too sure that success awaits him. “We’ll see - see,” he said. If the deputies choose another candidate, the head of the funeral bureau intends to continue to engage in the scaling of the business.

The outgoing mayor

Direct elections of the mayor in Magadan were canceled in 2013. Now the head of the city is elected by deputies of the City Duma and representatives of the governor following the results of competitive selection. As the Magadans write in social networks, if the elections were open, many voted for the local activist Artem Kovalev. By the way, he submitted an application in 2015, but this time he decided not to participate in the competition.

By the way, local media have repeatedly written that the current mayor of Magadan Yuri Grishan, who took this position five years ago, a long -standing conflict with the governor of the region Sergey Nosov. The head of the city has repeatedly complained that he was not receiving from regional authorities financing for social benefits and other needs. Nosov in response called the mayor a “provocateur” and advised the city to find a “more responsible mayor”.

Grishan no longer wants to lead the city administration. He considers his activity by self -sacrifice, justifying this in high demand for the implementation of national projects when a budget lacks. In connection with the holding of a repeated competition, Grishan’s powers are extended to the appointment of the successor. Applications of participants are now under consideration by the competitive commission. She will summarize the work on December 11, and the 14th deputies will name the name of the new head of the city.
