Activatica and blogger were arrested in Khabarovsk

The Central District Court of Khabarovsk arrested for two days the correspondent of the Activatica portal Ekaterina Biyak. This was reported by a lawyer from the ATS-info Andrei Bityutsky, who represented the girl in court.

The judge found the journalist guilty of participating in an inconsistent campaign, which was interfering with the movement of pedestrians and transport (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Given that the Biyak was in the special day for the last day, it should be released the next day.

The first time Biyak was detained on November 12 in the center of Khabarovsk with journalist Boris Zhirnov. After a day, they were fined 10 thousand rubles in the special reception of them, after which they immediately detained again in connection with another action. Thus, by tomorrow, Biyak will stay for three days not free.

Krasnoflotsky District Court of Khabarovsk at a meeting on November 13 appointed 5 days of the arrest of YouTube-blogger Dmitry Khetagurov. He was represented by a lawyer from the ATS-Info Natalya Suponkin.

Khetagurov was charged with part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses due to the procession, which took place on September 16. He, like Biyak, was detained twice, and on November 12 he was already awarded the day of arrest, after which the police drew up a new protocol.

• In the Khabarovsk Territory and other regions of the country, from July 11, shares are held in support of the arrested ex-governor Sergei Furgal. Until the second half of July, the police almost did not try to disturb the protesters, but later law enforcement officers began to detain the participants in the shares. In the vast majority of cases, they were detained after the shares, including on other days, right at the house or at work, after which they were taken to the police and to the courts where they fined or arrested.
• On July 9, the Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Furgal, the FSB officers on suspicion of involvement in a number of custom -made murders, operating at that time. He was taken to Moscow, where he was placed in custody. On July 20, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the resignation of a van from the governor’s post and appointed Mikhail Degtyarev to the temporarily acting LDPR by the Temporary Single Party of the LDPR. In early September, the arrest of the van was extended for three months, the meeting was held closed.
