The bills on the procedure for withdrawing children from the family were recalled from the State Duma for revision

After joint consultations, deputies and senators decided to withdraw bills from the State Duma on the procedure for withdrawing children from the family. This was announced in his telegram channel by the deputy, member of the State Duma committee on the legislation, Vyacheslav Lysakov.

TASS specified that it is now planned to submit a single document for consideration of the parliament. The project was withdrawn by the head of the Provisional Commission of the Federation Council for the preparation of proposals for the improvement of the Family Code Elena Mizulina, as well as the authors of the bill on the extrajudicial seizure of children from parents - the head of the Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov and the chairman of the Federation Council and State Building Committee Andrei Klishas.

In July, the head of the Provisional Commission of the Federation Council for the preparation of proposals for the improvement of the Family Code Elena Mizulina, as well as several senators, prepared a package of amendments, within the framework of which a decision was made to remove children from the family only on the basis of a court decision.
