SK opened a criminal case after the death of five patients of a private clinic in Moscow

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the provision of services that did not meet the requirements of security that entailed the death of two or more persons (part 3 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) due to the death of five patients with the first university clinic in Moscow. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the representative of the capital's head of the UK Julia Ivanov.

According to the investigation, a private medical clinic located on Michurinsky Prospekt provided medical services that did not meet security requirements. This led to the deaths of five patients, another woman was harmful. The organization had no licenses for the types of medical services that were provided to three patients.
