The administration of the Ikryaninsky district of the Astrakhan region sued the 84-year-old farmer Yuri Serebryakov, who owned the herd of camels. The animals scattered and began to walk in neighboring villages.

As the Deputy Head of the district, Alexander Stepanov, told Interfax , officials through the court demand that the owner of the camels ensure animal control. According to the card on the site of the district court, the lawsuit against the farmer was concluded on November 13.

Serebryakov from the village of greenhouse, according to the Astrakhan newspaper Volga , contained several dozen camels on their site, but two years ago they ran away and began to break fences, eat fruit trees and rub on gas pipelines in the region. According to local residents, camels also “defeated” the local cemetery, breaking several grave plates.

Serebryakov was repeatedly fined for 5 thousand rubles for violating the requirements for livestock owners, and in August the regional prosecutor's office, on the complaint of residents, introduced the district administration and demanded that the farmer eliminate violations.

Then the animals were placed in the corral and then even put up for sale. Yuri Serebryakov “remembered” that it was his cattle, and set the price for the entire herd of 4 million rubles. The buyer from Azerbaijan was unable to take out animals due to hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh. Camels fled again.
