The court found Fidan Buranbaev guilty under the article on violating the rules of participation in the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) and imposed a fine of five thousand rubles. According to the publication, on August 19, a Norilsk resident came to the Dolgoye Lake park, planning to take photographs of the posters. Having learned about the detention of one of the protesters, Buranbaev went to the police and spoke about his participation in the action.
Earlier, on November 2, the same court fined Norilsk resident Fanis Davletberdinov for participating in this rally.
