The Kurgan police detained the coordinator of the “Parental All-Russian Resistance” movement Evgeny Naiman due to a single picket. This was reported by the Red Spring news agency.

Evgeny Naiman went to Lenin Square in Kurgan for a picket against the bill Andrei Klishas and Pavel Krasheninnikov. Officials propose to create a system of "juvenile vessels" in Russia, which would simplify the procedure for the removal of children from the family by guardianship authorities. The Naiman’s poster says: “The Law of Klishas - Krasheninnikova is a juvenile inquisition!”

The police told the activist that he was violating the resolution of the Governor of the Kurgan Region of October 20, 2020, which prohibits public events due to the epidemiological situation.

According to law enforcement officers, Evgeny Naiman could draw attention to his action and thus create a massive accumulation of people. Naiman told the publication that the police forced him to sign a protocol on the “voluntary seizure of the poster”, but he could not find out exactly what was indicated in the protocol, as he had a visual impairment.

The Red Spring correspondent failed to get a comment from representatives of the regional administration.

On November 16, shares against the bill on “juvenile courts” were also held in Yekaterinburg, Pervouralsk and Cheboksary, Activatica reports . In the evening, Pavel Krasheninnikov informed TASS that the bill was withdrawn for revision.

The official claims that the bill should optimize the procedure for the seizure of children from the family and exclude abuse. “Nevertheless, the option of solving existing problems we proposed did not find support among a large part of active citizens and public organizations,” he told the agency.
