The Novosibirsk Government allowed rallies only to itself

The government of the Novosibirsk region allowed to carry out mass events only to itself. The restrictions established for ordinary residents are now not falling rallies dedicated to memorable dates established by the state itself in recent years.

Governor Andrei Travnikov changed his own decree on the introduction of an increased readiness regime in the region. The document is published on the website of the regional government.

“To suspend mass events with the participation of citizens, the provision of relevant services, except for measures carried out in accordance with decisions of state authorities of the Russian Federation, state authorities of the Novosibirsk Region to street equipped stage venues dedicated to state holidays, days of military glory and memorable dates of Russia,” the new version of the government said.

The main position of the increased readiness regime is a ban on any mass events, under the pretext of which dissatisfied residents are refused to agree on protest shares. At the same time, public catering (up to 24:00), cultural institutions, pools, stadiums and other objects that suggest the accumulation of hundreds of people, subject to sanitary standards, are opened. Mass events took place even in the building of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, moreover, the city hall arranged a food fair at the beginning of the second wave of coronavirus.

The high readiness regime was extended in the Novosibirsk region until January 1, 2021. The only new significant restrictions due to coronavirus are the closure of food courts and cinemas in shopping centers (while catering in the shopping center is working for removal).
