In Moscow, the court fined participants of the rally in support of Nikolai Platoshkin

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined three participants in the rally in support of Nikolai Platoshkin on July 25 on Tverskaya Street for 20 thousand rubles: Dmitry Samsonov, Alexander Semchenkov and R. Baranenko. In court, they were defended by lawyers from OVD-Info, Nadezhda Kuzina and Ekaterina Selezneva. Selezneva herself reports this.

All activists were found guilty of violating the article on violating the rules for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses)

On October 15, the same court awarded fines to nine more protesters, who were also defended by lawyers from OVD-Info.

• Against the leader of the movement "For New Socialism" Nikolai Platoshkin opened two criminal cases. He is charged with spreading knowingly false information about circumstances that pose a threat to the life and safety of citizens (Article 207.1 of the Criminal Code) and inciting mass riots (Part 1.1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code). At the moment, Platoshkin is under house arrest.
