Khabarovsk: The case of the ex-governor entered the Moscow court

The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow received the case of the former governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Viktor Ishaev and the ex-director of the Rosneft representative office in the regional center of Gennady Kondratov, TASS said . They are accused of embezzlement of 7.5 million rubles.

The date of the first meeting has not yet been scheduled. Earlier, the Supreme Court held a meeting, deciding - in Moscow or Khabarovsk to consider the case. He decided that the case should be considered in the capital.

According to the investigation, from 2014 to 2019, Ishaev, using his official position, organized a waste of more than 7.5 million rubles belonging to the Rosneft company. He ensured the conclusion of contracts at the high price controlled by the BAS -controlled room for a premises with an area of 280 square meters.

This premises were used for the needs of the Rosneft representation in the Khabarovsk Territory. Its director Kondratov misled the members of the procurement commission on the cost of the rent and personally signed the contract. Then he transferred money to the BASS Settlement accounts. As a result of this, Ishaev got the opportunity to dispose of them at his own discretion.

• Ishaev was detained in Moscow on March 28 on suspicion of large -scale fraud. Ishaev did not admit his guilt, calling the accusations the accusations against him “complete absurdity”.
• Later, several sources announced that the reason for the initiation of a criminal case on Ishaev was his support in the election of the head of the region of the LDPR candidate Sergei Furgal.
