The court arrested the second suspect in the murder of the “sausage king”

The court arrested Pasha Akhmedov, the second defendant in the case of the murder in the Moscow region of the owner of the Meat Empire, Vladislav Marugov, known as the “sausage king”. This was reported by the Department of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow region.

According to the department, Akhmedov managed to escape from the Moscow region, but on November 17 he was detained in Tatarstan . In addition to the murder (part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code), Akhmedov is suspected of unlawfully depriving a lawyer of liberty and extorting real estate from him (part 3 of article 127 of the Criminal Code and paragraphs “a, b” of article 163 of the Criminal Code).

According to investigators, on November 1, Mavridi and Akhmedov bought a crossbow in one of the shopping centers in Moscow, after which they entered a bathhouse on the territory of a country house in Istra and shot Marugov in the chest.

Mavridi was detained on November 2, he has already been charged, he is now under arrest. at his home The next day, a pensioner was found , handcuffed to a bed. The latter said that the suspect in the murder was holding him and extorting apartments in Moscow from him. The Investigative Committee noted that the detainee in the apartment agreed to sign sales contracts and, thus, his property - three apartments in Moscow with a total cadastral value of more than 55 million rubles - became the property of the attackers.

Marugov owned the Meat Empire and the Ozeretsky sausages factory. In addition, he was the owner of Stroy-Proekt and SK Teploset.
