A court in Moscow fined a participant in a protest about problems in Kalmykia

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Yelena Kotenova, a participant in a rally about the problems of Kalmykia, for 3,000 rubles. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest".

Kotenova's interests were defended in court by the Apology of Protest lawyer Alexander Aldaev.

The picket was found guilty under the article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
