The Investigative Committee in the Krasnoyarsk Territory accuses three teenagers under articles on organizing the activities of a terrorist community (part 1 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code) and participating in it (part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code) because of leaflets in support of the anarchist Azat Miftakhov and plans to blow up the constructed in the computer game the building of the FSB. reports Baza .

According to the publication, in the summer of 2020, 14-year-old teenagers Nikita and Denis put up leaflets in support of the arrested anarchist and mathematician Azat Miftakhov.

They pasted one of the leaflets on the FSB building. The next day, Nikita, Denis and five other teenagers were detained by security forces. Then they were released, seizing their mobile phones.

Having gained access to the teenagers' correspondence, the FSB officers learned that the schoolchildren had built the FSB building in the Minecraft computer game and were going to blow it up as a joke.

The day after that, Nikita, Denis and another teenager named Bogdan were detained. Information about the criminal case appeared on June 9, but the details of the charges and the reason for initiating the case became known only on November 20.

“Immediately announced that he was detained, handcuffed. I then began to go out, I look - they are filming everything there. And that's it, they took me up the stairs, they took me away. <…> They are not allowed to call. [Saw Nikita] only on court. And then he was taken out for a psychological examination. And that’s all, we didn’t see each other again, ”the mother of the arrested Nikita told the Baza correspondent.

Initially, a criminal case was initiated against the schoolchildren under the article on training for the purpose of committing terrorist activities (Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code). According to Baza, under pressure, Bogdan and Denis confessed. Nikita refused to admit his guilt.

Judge of the Kansk city court Yevgeny Sukhotin on June 10 sent Nikita to a pre-trial detention center until August 8, and on June 11 Denis and Bogdan were placed under house arrest until August 10, the court wrote in a press release. On June 11, the court also allowed a search of Nikita's house.

The Kansk city court issued a press release in which he told the details of the suspicions that were put forward against the arrested Nikita:

Judge of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court Pavel Kolegov considered the appeal on July 10 and changed the decision to arrest Nikita, but it is not known exactly how.

On August 5, detention in the pre-trial detention center for Nikita was extended by the judge of the Kansk city court Alexander Aksyutenko (probably for one month). The Krasnoyarsk Regional Court, represented by Judge Vitaly Barsukov, left this decision unchanged. The same judge in the Kansk court on August 7 and 10 extended house arrest for Denis and Bogdan.

As Nikita's mother told Baza, he is still in custody. Apparently, on October 7, Nikita's preventive measure was extended by the judge of the Kansk city court, Elena Buzina.

Judge Buzina also probably extended the preventive measure on October 5 for one of the defendants under house arrest, and on October 7 for the second. by the judge of the regional court Natalya Dubynina The second decision - dated October 7 - was changed in an appeal on November 5, but it is not known what exactly the court changed.

According to Baza, now the defendants in the case are charged under articles on organizing a terrorist community (part 1 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code) and participation in it (part 2 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code). These articles are not mentioned in the case cards of teenagers, including in November. It is possible that the accusation against Nikita, Denis and Bogdan was reclassified after November 5th.

10 January 8:00 am The Kansk City Court on February 5 extended the detention of Nikita, charged under the article on organizing a terrorist community (part 1 of article 205.4 of the Criminal Code), Pavel Chikov, head of the Agora international human rights group, said on his telegram channel.

The court left him in jail until April 8. Until that time, the investigation plans to bring charges against him in the final version, as well as to receive the results of examinations.

According to Chikov, the reason for the extension of the arrest was, among other things, the description of the school principal, who characterized the accused negatively, since he "perceives the school as a hostile environment."
