In Penza for three participants in single pickets against raising tariffs for travel, administrative protocols on violation of the rules of the action were drawn up. This was announced to the hotline of the OWD-Info by the deputy of the Penza City Duma from the Communist Party Alexander Rogozhkin.
The day before, the police brought eight summons to the party’s office with an invitation to the police department No. 1 for drawing up protocols. The summons were formalized both on the participants of the Lenin Komsomol, and on civilian activists who went to single pickets with them. Police officers promised that those who do not appear on the agenda would be sought at work, at their studies and “catch” on the street.

On November 24, an activist of the Yabloko party Mikhail Sekotov, activists of the Lenin Komsomol Ivan Bandorin and Sergey Balyasnikov came to the police department, where they were awarded protocols under the article on participation in an inconsistent campaign (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to Rogozhkin, the protocols were written as a carbon copy. Activists were paid to participation in a turn -by single picket on November 5. According to the police, this was a unified set of acts of picket, in connection with which activists allegedly violated the procedure for participating in a mass public event.
Five more activists plan to visit the police department on November 25.
Alternate single pickets took place on November 5 near the city administration. The action was carried out by activists of the Lenin Komsomol - the youth wing of the Communist Party, the Yabloko party and civilian activists. Picket participants demanded to cancel the increase in the fare in public transport and the introduction of benefits for schoolchildren and students. A few days later, one of the participants in the pickets, the Communist Alexander Ermakov, the court appointed 80 hours of compulsory work under the article on re -violation of the rules of participation in a public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
