The Russian online retailer Ozon has named the placement price - it will be $30 per share.
The IPO will offer 33 million American Depository Receipts (ADS), each corresponding to an ordinary share. Thus, the placement volume will come close to $1 billion and will amount to $990 million.
The amount does not include the underwriters' option for 4.95 million additional ADS.
Trading in the company's ADS on the Nasdaq exchange will open today, November 24, under the ticker OZON. Offer ends Friday, November 27th.
“After the completion of the initial public offering, the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement on the acquisition of American depository shares by closed subscription and the conversion of convertible loans previously provided to Ozon, the total ownership of AFK Sistema in Ozon will be 33.1%,” the company’s main owner, AFK, said in a release .
