In Bashkortostan, police officers initiated an administrative case against the local eco-activist Dilyara Akhunyanova under an article on a public event without submitting a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of a photo with a poster in support of Kuzhtau. This was reported by the publication "IDEL. REALIALS".
As Akhunyanova herself specified in a conversation with the OVD-info, on August 12 she, along with several other people, left for nature. “IDEL. REALIALIA” writes that they visited Mount Susaktau, a local natural monument, and on it they took a photo with the poster “Raevka for the preservation of Shikhanov #Kustauzhivi”.
It was this photo that became the reason for initiating the case. The very next day, August 13, police officers arrived at Akhunyanova to take an explanation from the activist, and on August 14 they made a protocol on her. The police regarded the joint photo in nature as the holding of an inconsistent public event, and Akhunanov was considered the organizer of the event. The report (photo of the report is at the disposal of the OTD-Info) local acting chief of the police for the protection of public order with the rank of lieutenant colonel to the district police department says:
08/12/2020 in the Instagram social network on the Raevka.online page Akhunyanova D. R. I set the information “Who is going to the mountain today, and there is a place in the car - write to me” with the desire to go to the place of the action.
Akhunyanova does not exclude that the initiation of the case against her is associated with her social activities - she conducts Raevka’s account on Instagram and, among other things, covers in it problems related to road construction and infrastructure in the region.
The court session in the case of the activist will be held on Friday, November 27, in the Alseevsky District Court of Bashkortostan.
