The Magadan City Court terminated the administrative case against Tatyana Bryce, editor-in-chief of Govorit Magadan, under the article on the dissemination of deliberately false information (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to the coordinator of the Human Rights Postcard Alexei Pryanishnikov.
The case was dismissed due to lack of corpus delicti. The reason for initiating the case in June 2020 by Roskomnadzor employees was the publication on March 28 that doctors of the Magadan Regional Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital sew gauze masks for themselves and buy protective suits in auto shops.
against Bryce A protocol was also drawn up under a similar article in connection with the material dated March 16 about the death of a patient in the Magadan hospital, in whom doctors suspected coronavirus. On November 20, the court also acquitted the journalist in this administrative case.
In the summer, the court twice returned to Roskomnadzor both fake news cases against Bryce.
