
The St. Petersburg parliament awarded the honorary sign “For a special contribution to the development of St. Petersburg in 2020” the former head of the Viktor Shabnov improvement committee, dismissed “due to the loss of confidence”. Shabnov headed the committee twice: from 2010 to 2011 and from 2015 to 2018. In April 2018, he was fired due to a violation of the law on corruption with the wording "due to the loss of trust." Information about this was then added to the appropriate register .
