Vasily Kuksov fell ill with tuberculosis during the investigation. The court found him guilty of participating in a terrorist community (Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code).
The convict was transferred from pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Nizhny Novgorod.
Earlier it became known in which directions the remaining defendants were transported. There is no information in which direction Arman Sagynbaev was taken. Shortly before his transfer, Sagynbaev’s lawyer reported that FSB officers tried to obtain testimony from his client in the pre-trial detention center about a non-existent terrorist cell in Moscow. A similar situation occurred with Maxim Ivankin.
- A criminal case against the “terrorist community “Network” was opened in October 2017. According to the FSB, 11 young people in Penza and St. Petersburg organized the terrorist community “Network” and were planning to overthrow the government.

Vasily Kuksov, who received 9 years in a general regime colony, was accused of participating in a terrorist community and illegal possession of weapons.
