We check the nightmare rumors about the "bloody voluntary hunt" in the Voronezh region, who filled the Internet

In November 2020, several media of the Voronezh region, the portal The Moscow Post and users of social networks violently discussed the illegal avlier hunting for officials and oligarchs, the terrible mockery of animals, which was allegedly taking place near the village of Borisoglebsky, illegally established an aviary, in which the deduced animals were ruthlessly shot from towers.

In several videos that quickly spread on the network, a hunter, a former member of the Voronezh regional public organization of hunters and fishermen, Viktor Bykov demonstrates a voluntary fence, which, according to him, blocks the animals access to a watering water; Stump of sawn trees and boar, which goes along the fence. He says that on the territory of the aviary of animals they feed so that they are not afraid of people, then ruthlessly shoot from the towers. To do this, on weekends, in the natural park of the deer Balka, near the village of Tyukovik, it was as if local and not only officials and businessmen led by the Borisoglebsky oligarch Sergey Sinyukov come. Also, trees were massively drunk around the aviary for installing a fence, which stands in the way of natural migration of animals and does not allow them to get to the water.

The hunters Viktor Bykov and Alexei Mamontov began not only the information campaign in the media and social networks, but also turned to all possible authorities, including the prosecutor's office.

On the fact of illegal deforestation, a criminal case was opened. Then he was suspended and resumed again. The perpetrator has not yet been established, but, according to Viktor Bykov, the employees of the Region-Invest company appear in the case, which installed fences around the aviary. The owner of the company is the same Sergey Sinyukov, who supposedly carries influential people to the bale for bloody entertainment. This is claimed by the revealing article published in The Moscow Post. True, none of the employees of the Deer Balka saw a correspondent who described the horrors in detail.

There are two Volerers near Borisoglebsky, their area is 350 and 150 hectares. The minimum area of ​​the enclosure for the avlier hunting at the beginning of this year is 50 hectares. The law was adopted in February 2020, and the hunting farm received permission to install an aviary in the Tyukovka at the end of 2018. None of the many instances who came with inspections found violations declared in the complaints of Bykov and Mamontov. The press center of the Department of Natural Resources and Ecology published a report on the results of the audit on his website: Hunting in the territory of the aviary is not carried out and is not planned in the coming years; Wild animals migration paths do not cross the territory of the aviary; Within the framework of the Environmental Education Program, children's excursions are held at the Deer Balk; Feeding animals is carried out on specially equipped sites.

I turned to the head of the Department of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Voronezh Region Natalya Wind, here is her comment: “We know about the public resonance that this story caused. We have repeatedly inspected the activities of the hunting consumption, and our employees came with inspections not only in the “Deer beam”, but also to other territories of hunting grounds. None of the complaints received from citizens was confirmed. It is not entirely clear to us why they started this wave, but there they really breed noble deer, doe and muflons, in the second enclosure they will breed spotted deer. Schoolchildren go there on excursions, no hunting on the territory is made, you can see personally. ”

Viktor Bykov himself explained the purpose of the information campaign he had begun as follows: “We demand to return 9.5 thousand hectares of huntinggodia, transmitted by the“ region-invest ”by the sole decision, I.V. Babin, bypassing the conference of hunting. Against what Alexei Mamontov opposed, the chairman of the district hunting team, whom Babin tried to remove in every possible way, despite the fact that the conference chose him. On 9.5 thousand hectares, an aviary was organized, and the surrounding area was closed for hunting for a fur beast and a waterfowl for the sake of “region-invest”. The hunters are outraged. The agreement on joint activities with the “region-invest” for the hunting farm Baby. It is compiled in such a way that in case of termination, the hunting farm should pay 50% of the costs to the “region-invest”. Based on the current situation, the conclusion suggests itself about the intentional collapse of the farm with subsequent ransom. In addition, all feeds are concentrated on this site, in 2019, no top dressing was carried out in other areas. The act of the audit commission and primary documents are fabricated. When enclosing the aviary inside there were sixteen heads of boar and moose, they were clogged, they were not released. And the aviary does not bother anyone. ”

Viktor Bykov could not provide any evidence of these accusations and conclusions, except for oral evidence of other hunters. At the last conference of the Voronezh regional public organization of hunters and fishermen, he, Alexei Mamontov and another thirty -six hunters who sympathized with their point of view, were excluded from the members of the organization. But an excursion instead of a report on a grant, honestly, is held. We start with that very watering. An artificial stream leads to a pond that has been fed ice. The birdhouses are hung on the trees around: they are made by schoolchildren who come here on excursions. There are many traces of some ungulates on the sand nearby. To my timid assumption that this is wild boars, a huntsman laughs and explains: “There are no wild boars on the territory of the aviary, they can be dangerous for the cubs of noble deer and tolerate infections. When the aviary was installed, they were kicked out for several days from here. ”

I ask you to show those ill -fated towers from which the deer on weekends should shoot here. Employees explain that this is 45 minutes on foot in one direction. We decide to take a walk. On the way, we pass the very field on which I noticed a dog out of the car. The animals left, but the huntsman explains that they graze here quite often. A stern plant is growing on the field, specially imported here to harvest it for the winter and feed animals not only in the aviary, but also on hunting grounds.

Near the field a large barn surrounded by a net is a storage for brooms. Employees of the park cut and harvest them, having previously soaked in a salt solution. Salt is an important element in the diet of ungulates. Salted brooms really like deer, even more than fresh herbs. The barn had to be embraced by a net after they broke inside and overeat the reserves. Around the storage, traces of "crime" are still visible.

On the way to the tower, the huntsman stops us with a sharp movement of the hand and shows us somewhere in the forest. Lani move between the pines. Noticing people, they quickly go deep into it. Not very deduced, I do not even have time to photograph. When we finally go to the tower, it turns out that it is very low - five meters. There is really a feeding platform around - trough with corn, grain, salt candies. We frightened two deer who went to the salt. They did not let us into 30 meters. A photoealist is installed next to the feeders, with its help, employees control the animal population, according to adults and young animals. And the truth - they shoot, from the photographs.

The main goal of the “Deer Balka” natural park reproduction of noble deer, doe and muflons in semi -wire conditions. When the optimal number of livestock (about five hundred animals) is reached in the aviary, they will begin to be released in the will of the lands adjacent to the aviary. While there were few animals, they started to breed work with about 30 goals. The exact number can be said after winter accounting. It is carried out after snow falling, they consider the number of traces and materials from the photoeepers.

In the same tower I find nothing: neither sleeves, nor traces of shots, nor even a stool on which one could sit in anticipation of the beast. I am not strong in hunting, but shooting from such a distance is probably not only uninteresting, but also inconvenient: there is little space in the booth, it is dark and only one overview window.

Upon the return, we will find the hunting expert Dmitry Konev for processing materials from the photoeepers. He enthusiastically talks about the cubs of a noble deer and shows videos with muffins: “ Baran, he, you know, in the mountains and in Africa - a ram. Employees of the hunting farm, huntsmen themselves, foresters and hunting experts, did not seem to me people who hide something. They do their job, do it well and clearly love what they do. Animals in the park are quite well -fed, they are not afraid of humans, but not so much as to let it get too close. But they don’t feel dangers either, if they were shot here, they would definitely not have caught our eyes so simply. And yet I decided to meet personally with the main "flayer."

And again the villain was not found: the businessman-industrialist was born and raised in Borisoglebsk, owns a machine-building plant. Gives workplaces to local residents, is invested in the infrastructure of the region, does not use state subsidies. When asked why he would like a deer and what he made indignant hunters, answers simply: “I pressed a gang of poachers. Bykov is a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The poaching in the region, unfortunately, is very developed. And it always occurs under the patronage of the organs.

I spend a lot of time in nature, often go with my family to the forest. And there is an absolute emptiness. Everything was knocked out, nothing is left. I want to change this, I want animals to return there. I understand that they will knock out again, that they shoot both at the vouchers and illegally. But if we produce 100-200 animals per year, as we plan, something will remain, it will take root. I have the opportunity to do this and participate in this. And I ruined my life very much to poachers, and for them it is a lot of money, a livelihood. Now I’m reaping the fruits. ”

The Voronezh regional public organization of hunters and fishermen and personally Sergey Sinyukov is preparing court claims against Viktor Bykov and Alexei Mamontov for the harm done.
