The Moscow City Court canceled the fine imposed on Anastasia Lotareva, editor-in-chief of Takikh Dela, due to a single picket in support of journalist and municipal deputy Ilya Azar. This was reported by lawyer Mikhail Biryukov, who defended Lotareva.
In August, the Tverskoy District Court found Anastasia Lotareva guilty under the article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles. On appeal, the Moscow City Court canceled the fine on formal grounds and sent the case back for review.
In June, Lotareva's protocol was returned to the police - the police did not explain what exactly the offense was expressed in. In the revised protocol, they indicated that the journalist had participated in a "hidden form of a collective public event."

Azar was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). "Police Ombudsman" - originally a group " VKontakte ", created by Vladimir Vorontsov, when he worked in the police and the Center "E", then the pages appeared in other social networks. The public covers information about the violation of the rights of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and criticism of the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Following Azar, many Moscow journalists and activists began to go out in single pickets in support of Vorontsov, Nemytov and himself.
