In the summer, a woman in labor and her child who did not have time to be born were buried in the village of Starominskaya Krasnodar Territory. The spouse of the deceased stated that their death was led to unprofessionalism and negligent attitude of doctors of the Stanichnaya Central District Hospital. Mikhail Zhuravlev opened the “Pandora box” and forced many to speak. Let me remind you that Mikhail turned to the Investigative Committee immediately after the death of his wife in July 2020, but only now the investigators reacted.

Although such a result, albeit for a long time expected, gives hope for a fair investigation of the death of Olga Zhuravleva and her daughter.

Mikhail was waiting for the initiation of a criminal case on his statement only four months. Why all? Yes, because another heroine from our publication has been waiting for the intervention of the investigating authorities for several years.

Starominchanka Natalia Alexandrova, who buried the child immediately after childbirth, still did not clearly explain the causes of the death of the baby, did not report who was to blame for the tragedy. In December, there are exactly three years, as the check is being checked. True, before the publication in the “new”, the secret of the investigation was not just a figure of speech for Natalia: in the UK they hid from it. But after the directive launched from Moscow, in the second half of November, Alexandrov was finally invited to familiarize themselves with the verification materials. True, there is no one to interrogate as a suspect now: the doctor Makarenko, who was taking birth from a woman, died on the eve of the call of Alexander to the investigator.

Meanwhile, on November 27, Mikhail Zhuravlev was also called to the Starominskaya prosecutor's office.

“The senior assistant to the prosecutor was interested in where the newspaper found out about the death of my family,” Mikhail told New. - He was all trying to find out who gave an interview to the correspondent. It was a very strange conversation, the prosecutor, for example, was interested in whether I had evidence that I myself bought medicines in the hospital? I showed all the saved checks. According to these numbers in the pharmacy, you can easily restore what exactly has been bought. I invited him to make a request to the pharmacy, but he immediately lost interest in this topic.

Mikhail explained that a request to Starominskaya came from the General Prosecutor's Office of Russia, so here everyone stirred.

- They should report until December 12, so they remembered about me, they began to call to the prosecutor’s office, to the Investigative Committee and sharply recognized the victims.

Communicating with the investigator, Zhuravlev recalled another fact: his wife was in a hospital in April, just during the quarantine period. The attending physician Petrenko sent her to the Tomograd clinic for a paid ultrasound and to an appointment with a commercial specialist. According to Mikhail, Petrenko said that she did not trust local ultrasound - the Central District Hospital also conducted a study, but the doctor did not accept the result and sent Olga to Tomograd. That is, during the pandemic, the patient’s patient with pain went to a commercial hospital at the request of the attending physician.

It is worth noting that in early September, the editorial office sent a request to the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory, there is still no answer. But to a similar request, they responded to reporters of the Yuga.ru portal. In particular, the press service of the department told reporters that Zhuravleva received all the prescribed drugs in full, and the hospital was equipped with disposable syringes and injections.

In addition, the press service emphasized, in 2020 the roof, windows, doors and wiring were changed in the Central District Hospital, and the overhaul of the gynecological department was carried out in 2004 ... The ministry confirmed that citizens of the district were collectively addressed for assistance in the Central District Hospital. But the arguments set forth in circulation were "not confirmed."

And finally.

At Zhuravlev, the investigator SK asked for a non -disclosure subscription. And this is at least strange, given that Mikhail has the status of a victim in this matter.

“The data of the preliminary investigation are not subject to disclosure, with the exception of cases provided for by law,” explained Evgeny Krotova lawyer. - The informal term of the secret of the investigation aims to inaccessibility of the evidence base collected by the investigator for the complete exposure of the criminal person. The investigator’s demand from the victim to give a written obligation to non -disclosure of information in the criminal case is permissible, the only question is how reasonable such a requirement, taking into account the huge term for the pre -investigation verification of the message about the crime in accordance with Art. 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.

Let me remind you that the test of Mikhail Zhuravlev lasted four months, and for Natalia Alexandrova - three years.
