The former teacher of the kindergarten in St. Petersburg, where a three -year -old girl died on a walk, sentenced to two years restrictions on freedom

The Kalininsky District Court found the former kindergarten teacher Alexander Litvin guilty of causing death by negligence (Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg reports . In March, during a walk in kindergarten No. 100, a three-year-old girl died due to her oversight.

Litvin was sentenced to restrict freedom for a period of two years with deprivation of the right to engage in pedagogical activity. Petersburger completely pleaded guilty and repented.

The incident occurred on March 26 in kindergarten No. 100 in the Kalinin district. The 29-year-old Litvin did not properly monitor the group entrusted to her. One of the girls was stuck between the partitions of the game staircase, could not free herself on her own and sagged in this position for almost 10 minutes. The child was injured in the neck, because of which he died.
