
The Kalininsky District Court found the former kindergarten teacher Alexander Litvin guilty of causing death by negligence (Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg reports . Litvin was sentenced to restrict freedom for a period of two years with deprivation of the right to engage in pedagogical activity. Petersburger completely pleaded guilty and repented.
The incident occurred on March 26 in kindergarten No. 100 in the Kalinin district. The 29-year-old Litvin did not properly monitor the group entrusted to her.
