The children's hospice “House with a lighthouse” is accused of non -compliance with the rules for the turnover and accounting of drugs (Article 6.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the co -founder of the Foundation Lida Moniava said . The basis was the complaint, which, as Kommersant found out , entered the Ministry of Internal Affairs before the first purchase of the drug by the institution.
Moniava said that the reason for the offense was called the incorrect design of magazines on the report on the use of medications. Because of this, the institution faces a fine of 200 to 400 thousand rubles or suspension of activity.
According to Kommersant, a complaint to the Ministry of Internal Affairs was received on September 29, 2020. At the same time, according to the chief physician Hospice Grigory Klimov, the institution received permission to turn the drugs only at the end of September, and the first such drug was purchased on September 30. In a conversation with the publication, Klimov admitted that during the jurisdiction of the accounting of drugs, mistakes were made, but noted that they have already been eliminated now.
According to Anastasia Zhdanova, the head of the legal assistance center of the Paliative Assistance Center of the Moscow Department of Health, during the verification of the “House with the Lighthouse” it was established that “a violation of the regulations did not entail the disposal of drug and psychotropic drugs into illegal circulation.”
In August 2019, the St. Petersburg programmer with cerebral palsy Ivan Bakaidov conducted an action with charitable funds and hospices. He invited subscribers to sacrifice as many rubles to him with charitable organizations as he will pass by a bicycle. The first donation received a " house with a lighthouse ."
