The perinatal center on Nemirovich-Danchenko Street near the regional hospital was commissioned, TASS reports on December 1.
“I want to note with pleasure that the rate of completion of the construction work that we observed in the summer was designed to the end. Today we see an object completely ready from a construction point of view, ”the agency of Governor Andrei Travnikov quotes.
The construction of the perinatal center for 2.3 billion rubles began in 2013 and froze in 2014. The region invested 780 million rubles, but did not receive the promised federal money-the authorities ignored the initiative due to the fact that the construction began before the launch of the federal target program. In 2017, the regional Ministry of Health spoke about plans to reduce places in the institution to adjust the project.
In May 2019, JSC “Berdsky Construction Trust” (“BST”) received the facility in a row for the completion of the facility. The launch of the facility was scheduled for 2021. This is probably why the regional Minister of Health Konstantin Halzov called the surrender of the facility in December "early". It was assumed that it would be immediately transferred to patients with coronavirus, but the plans changed.
“We will use this building in profile as a perinatal center. The date when we give a go -ahead for moving, we will determine after drawing up a schedule for moving the departments of the perinatal center to a new building. It will be necessary to master both the room and the equipment quickly and immediately compile a list of works synchronized with the first schedule, about what needs to be done in the old building in order to leave it in reserve as possible use as a covid hospital, ”said Travnikov.
In the Novosibirsk region, according to the morning of December 1, more than 22.8 thousand people fell ill with coronavirus. At least 750 patients died.
