“The completion of residential buildings in Novomarusino is under constant control of the regional Ministry of Construction. We found ways out of the situation, now the case is for the arbitration manager. Forms of attracting attention that some citizens have chosen today are exclusively political context. Currently, it is necessary to eliminate technical comments and submit documents for consideration at the Supervisory Council of the PPC “Fund”, ”said the deputy minister of the construction of the region Alexei Kolmakov.

The apartments in the Novomarusino microdistrict were bought by young families, including under the federal program “Housing for the Russian Family”. The houses should have been rented in 2016.

It was erected by the company "Available Housing Novosibirsk" in the area of ​​the Solopoliy TPP-3. The lands partially belonged to the city and the heat supplier for Sibeko JSC, which is also controlled by the TPP-3.
