In Penza in the 4th Police Department on November 27, the local activist of the Lenin Komsomol Alexander Ermakov drew up a protocol under the article on violation of the “Self-Insulation mode” (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by the publication "7 × 7" with reference to the activist.
On October 23, Komsomol members held several single pickets against censorship and the ban on two songs of the Electric Partisans group. Pickets took place at the buildings of departments, which, according to activists, are involved in censorship. So, Ermakov himself stood at the building of the regional prosecutor's office with the poster “Freedom! Equality! Internet!".
A month after a single picket, an administrative protocol was drawn up on Ermakov. According to the police, his single picket violated the governor’s decision on high readiness.
This is the second protocol of Ermakov in the wake of single pickets against censorship. On the day of the pickets, the Komsomol member was detained - when he photographed a picket of another participant near the building of the EE center. Then it was drawn up for a protocol under an article on violation of the regime of increased readiness (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses): according to the protocol, he did not have a passport with him.
