The Insider: Sergei Kiriyenko's daughter received French citizenship

Lyubov Kiriyenko, the daughter of the first deputy head of the Russian presidential administration Sergei Kiriyenko, has received French citizenship. This was reported by The Insider, citing a "database of persons with dual citizenship."

The Insider does not specify which database is being discussed. However, the publication points out that the daughter of the first deputy head of the presidential administration informed the Russian authorities about her dual citizenship. Such notifications are submitted to the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The fact that Lyubov Kiriyenko, whose data is in the database, is indeed the daughter of the first deputy head of the presidential administration is proven by the matching date of birth and Russian passport number, The Insider writes. The publication does not specify where it got the passport number of Kiriyenko's daughter.

On her LinkedIn page, Lyubov Kiriyenko indicated that she studied at ESCP Business School in Paris until 2012. Until 2014, she worked at the French PR agency 14 Septembre, after which she returned to Russia, The Insider writes. In 2017, Lyubov Kiriyenko headed one of the projects of the government Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

Updated . Lyubov Kiriyenko called the information that she has French citizenship a lie. In a comment to RBC, she did not rule out that she would sue the authors of the publication.
