They are suspected of attempting to circle railway rails. This was reported by the North-Western Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Transport.
According to the investigation, 40-year-old Budaev and 35-year-old Shamil sawed and tried to load the rail into the car, which they found in a forest belt on the stage of the Lebyazhye-Krasnoflotsk railway stations in the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region. Russian Railways estimated the value of the stolen at 15 thousand rubles.
