In the Moscow region, from December 31 to January 10, it will be possible to enter cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues only if there is a negative test for coronavirus. The corresponding decree ( .pdf ) of Governor Andrey Vorobyov is published on the website of the Moscow Region government.
The same requirement is valid in hotels of the region from December 28 to January 15.
The client must provide the result of PCR or ELISA test , received no earlier than three and five days, respectively.
It is mandatory to provide a negative test in public catering establishments if there is an “event involving the restriction of free attendance,” the decree says.
