The Armenian Defense Ministry reported that the Azerbaijani military resumed their offensive in the south of Nagorno-Karabakh. This is stated in the press release of the Armenian department.

“On December 12, the Azerbaijani side resumed offensive operations in the direction of the settlements of Stary Taglar-Khtsaberd of the Republic of Artsakh,” the statement says. It is noted that in response, the Armenian Defense Ministry "takes adequate measures."

As a result of the shootout, three reservists were injured. Their lives are not in danger," the statement says.

The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan escalated on 27 September. On the night of November 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Aliyev announced a statement about the cessation of hostilities. According to the document, the areas included in the so-called Karabakh security belt have passed under the control of Baku, and Yerevan must also transfer the strategically significant city of Shusha under the control of Baku.
