The Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow fined a member of the Public Monitoring Commission (POC) Marina Litvinovich for 150 thousand rubles because of the collection of signatures against amendments to the Constitution. This is reported by MBKh Media according to Litvinovich herself.

Litvinovich was found guilty under the article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in a public action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The action, due to which the protocol was drawn up, took place on July 15 on Pushkinskaya Square as part of the “No!” campaign. against amendments to the Constitution.

“My lawyer and I filed motions, in particular, to call the police officers to tell them how I was detained, although it was not them who detained me and everything that is written in the protocol is not true. The court, of course, refused. We also, since I am a mother of many children, asked to halve the fine, but still awarded 150 thousand rubles. We will definitely appeal,” Litvinovich told the publication.
