According to the Downdetector website, which collects data on large services, TELEGRAM problems are experienced by users from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Spain and other European countries. Some complaints account for users from the USA, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and some other countries.
Soon, Telegram reported that they know about the problem and work on the elimination of problems. The company apologized to users for the inconvenience and specified that the problems, the cause of which are not specified, affected mainly users from Europe and the Middle East.
