The military investigation presented his death as suicide for the sake of parents: supposedly they wanted to receive insurance for his death and pay off loans. The investigator built a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case on assumptions. And the colleague came to the parents of the deceased guy. He said that there really was no suicide. Their son shot a sergeant from a machine gun.

Yaroslav Likhazova from the village of Zolotovo, Voskresensky district, was called up for military service in the Dzerzhinsky division in November last year. Three months later, he was killed by a single shot in the forehead from the machine gun.

In connection with the death of a soldier, a pre -investigation check was carried out.

"

If a soldier dies during the performance of military service duties, his family members are paid in equal shares of insurance of 2 million rubles and another 3 million rubles of a lump -sum allowance.

The version that for the sake of this money parents bowed their son to suicide, Anna Stelmukh, the mother of Yaroslav, heard much earlier than the investigator signed a decision to refuse a criminal case.

The commanders informed her this version directly on the day of the death of her son.

Two officers came from Dzerzhinsky’s division to her home. “The deputy commander of the regiment called one mobile phone,” said Anna, “asked me to give me a phone. I asked under what circumstances my son died. He replied: "Not installed." And he added: "Well, you agreed, you have loans." And he explained that the child shot himself because of us, so that we would receive insurance for him and pay with debts. ”

The decision on the refusal to initiate a criminal case does not directly claim that such an agreement was. However, it is persistently emphasized that the Yaroslav family is “low -income” and “dysfunctional”.

They mired in debt, drink, do not work, spit on their son and did not even come to him.

On the 26 pages of the resolution 25 times (!) The same paragraph is repeated, which the colleagues of Likhausov pronounce the word in the word: “It was not subjected to endless relations, was provided by all types of allowance, there were no conflicts with anyone. Lihauzov had numerous problems related to relationships with his family. He was waiting for his parents to come to the military unit, but they never came to visit him. He wanted to conclude a contract for military service in order to be able to financially provide his family, but he was refused due to the insufficient level of education. ”

During the audit, “unsanitary conditions of residence, disorder and unsanitary conditions were recorded, things, shoes and garbage are scattered everywhere, a large amount of dirty linen in the bathroom, things are scattered throughout the house, there are no wallpaper on the walls”.

The collected evidence of the "dysfunction" of the parents of Likhauzov at first glance seems to look convincing. But upon closer examination, their bias becomes obvious.

There is no information in the resolution that stelmukhi is working in the Moscow Metro, where they are unlikely to keep alcoholics. Mom is a centralization station on duty, stepfather is an escalator driver.

Both of their monthly salary in total amount to more than one hundred thousand rubles, so they cannot be called low -income.

The Foundation "Mother's Right", where parents turned for help, interviewed three dozens of stelmukhov neighbors. Everyone said that they had never seen them drunk, they are workers, plowing day and night at work and in the house that are built with their own hands, they are lifted from scratch, so there are still no wallpaper, and the floor in some places is black, and you can live, and there is already a cow with a calf, a goat and hens/ducks, and there are two cars at the gate, not the most expensive.

They took loans for the construction of the house, this is true: the mother has already paid off, but the stepfather is not yet, but he works and gives it.

They came to Dzerzhinsky to the Dzerzhinsky division three times, there are photographs where he is on the oath and in the dining room of the division with his mother and brother.

There are also scans of payment when relatives sent him money to his phones and not to his phones, because he called mainly from other people's numbers, and those mobile phones that were brought to him very quickly disappeared somewhere.

The parents have all this information, the Foundation “Mother’s Right”, who came home to the Stelmukhas to personally make sure that they were not alcoholics and tuneus. And the investigator, of course, should also have. But she is not, because he, apparently, justified and promoted only one version of the death of a soldier, while others did not even try to consider.

On March 13, planned shooting took place at the Dzerzhinsky Division.

The military was given 13 combat cartridges. They had to shoot them and pass the sleeves.

During the pre -investigation check, the investigator suggested that Yaroslav did not shoot one cartridge, hid in clothes. There was no evidence of this version. In the same way, any colleague could hide the cartridge.

This is said by the investigator by the military personnel themselves: “The check after firing by combat cartridges is carried out, but it is easy for a soldier in a common shooting noise to not take his shot and, when checking for discharges or when loading stores, hide one of the cartridges in objects of his wardrobe. The subsequent collection of sleeves is carried out, but there are a lot of sleeves, and often they remain from past shooting. ”

Three days later, March 16, at the same training ground, classes were held to work out movements in deuces, triples and circular defense. Combat cartridges were not issued.

Two sergeants imitated the attack, shooting in the air with idle cartridges, and the military were located in their positions and seemed to defend them. When the classes ended, two colleagues found that Yaroslav in his position was killed by a single shot from the machine gun: a bullet hole between the eyebrows.

The colleague of Yaroslav, who came to his parents last weekend, said that everyone in the battalion knew: he was killed by a sergeant. “This sergeant at the shooting lay next to him and, seeing that he was spinning at the observation post, decided to teach him, taking his full -time weapons from him,” he explained in a note that his parents had. “This sergeant decided to insert the store into the Yaroslav machine gun and, having violated safety precautions and without seeing whether the weapon is on the fuse or not, took a shot from a distance of 3-4 meters.”

The machine gun of Yaroslav did not stand on the fuse, because in the course of the exercises he had to “repel the attack”. And in the sergeant’s store there was a combat cartridge. He shot Yaroslav and ran away in horror in the direction where classes were going on. Then he, of course, was found.

The decision to “smear” the sergeant was not taken immediately. He was interrogated by employees of the military counterintelligence department. As the colleague says, he seems to have said a lot.

It turned out, with him, you also need to punish senior officers. And the sergeant himself seemed to have influential ties.

As a result, it was decided to move the version of suicide by appointing the guilty of the guilty parents. Another possible option-suicide because of the hazing-was rejected, because he would also throw a shadow at the Dzerzhinsky division.

The colleague was among those who interviewed the investigation. “My testimonies of reality are not consistent,” he wrote in a note for the parents of Yaroslav. - I did not say that the Yaroslav family is in a lack of money and they drink alcohol every day. I was taken only about Yaroslav, they didn’t ask about my parents and gave it for signature without letting me read. ”

Why is the version of the colleague more trust than a decree on the refusal to initiate a criminal case?

Three reasons.

1. The refusal is based at least on one obviously false premise that parents never came to Yaroslav. For her sake, as Anna Stelmukh explained, in the book of visitors at the checkpoint the division even their surnames were lost. However, the photos prove that this is not true, the parents came. Where there is one deception, there can be several. We recall Kozma Prutkov: "Once Salting, who will believe you?"

2. Experts in military affairs, which we addressed, do not understand how to shoot yourself in the forehead from the Kalashnikov assault rifle from a close distance. If the bullet hole was under the chin, there would be no questions. But it is exactly between the eyebrows, which implies an incredible position for suicide.

3. Even if the suicide occurred, the investigator was obliged to initiate a criminal case against the command of the division, which did not properly organize the accounting and control of combat cartridges during training sessions.

After all, the combat cartridge did not fall from the sky, who killed Yaroslav on the day when the military cartridges were not given to the military.

In addition, several respondents at once in open text say in the verification materials, which is considered at the training ground for a checkmark: 13 rounds were issued, 13 shells were handed over. At the same time, they themselves admit that the landfill is dotted with sleeves.

Due to this negligence, the military serviceman Yaroslav Lihauzov ultimately died.

Non -vial losses of power structures consist of suicides, murders, accidents and deaths from diseases.

Statistics on non -eva losses have been closed by decree of the President since 2015, but they stopped publishing it even earlier. The last time the Ministry of Defense announced the data on its department for 2008, then the figure was named - 604 dead. However, the dead from diseases were not included in this number, noted by the chairman of the Committee of Soldiers' Mother Valentina Melnikova.

In June 2009, the chairman of the Commission for the Affairs of the Public Chamber, Alexander Kanshin, said that only in the first quarter of 2009 208 people died, noting that, according to the main military prosecutor's office, the number of dead began to grow sharply. The informing of the society about the absolute quantities of non -eating losses completely stopped.

Now the military prosecutor’s office calls only relative indicators: non -eating losses in 2019, compared with 2015, decreased by 29%. However, judging by the number of appeals that human rights organizations receive, their number has not changed.

Suicide, according to the estimates of human rights defenders, make up half of non-eating losses and almost always occur due to hazardous relations. It is based on the extinction of money.

There are, of course, cases when conscripts are tormented from passion for sadism. But more often they require money from them.

“The officers who work with military personnel are taking a direct part in this,” says Veronika Marchenko, head of the Mother's Right Foundation. -They need to buy something endlessly: computer, phone, gasoline. If the soldier cannot get the money, they don’t send it, the parents have no - the persecution begins. Therefore, children from poor families are very difficult. We recently led the case of a boy who was brought to suicide due to the fact that his mother could not send him 4 thousand. ”

If a serviceman dies due to hazardous relations, the military always try to blame their parents. They always say: you poorly raised your son, he was not prepared for hardships. Because of this, parents have a terrible feeling of guilt all their lives.

If they file a lawsuit against compensation for moral damage, they are reproached for greed: they received insurance for their son, and everything is not enough for you.

“Until 2012, the insurance was small, it was enough only for the monument. As soon as it was raised, parents immediately began to reproach with it. But to directly blame people that they bowed their son to suicide in order to get insurance for him - this has not yet happened in our practice. Stelmukhi is the first case. "

According to human rights activists, now in power structures from suicides, murders, accidents and diseases, a total of 2000 military personnel die every year.

It is impossible to confirm or refute these data through official sources, they are strictly classified.

A few years ago, the Vedomosti newspaper published insurance indices, which are guided by Sogaz JSC, paying insurance for the dead military personnel of the Ministry of Defense. Judging by these indexes, the non -eating losses of the military department in 2014-2017 ranged from 600 to 800 people a year. But this is only in the Ministry of Defense. In addition to him, Sogaz is insured by the troops of the Russian Guard, the Ministry of Emergencies, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Penitentiary Service. There are also non -Fire losses (Dzerzhinsky’s division, by the way, is the connection of the Russian Guard), so 2000 people called human rights activists do not look fantastically high.

A year ago, in November 2020, Deputy Chief Military Prosecutor Sergei Skrebeets noted the growth of violent crimes from the commanders against subordinates. According to him, violence is due to the fact that younger and senior commanders violate the basic requirements of military charters.

“The number of appeals to our fund began to grow again. The commanders look at non -fire losses, like a routine, ”confirms the head of the Foundation Veronika Marchenko. - Propaganda inspires society that there are no problems, the army is now full order. Naive heads believe, go to serve, and so many are returning in the tombs, because in fact nothing has changed. ”
