In Nizhny Novgorod, the court arrested 12 days a participant in a single picket in support of Navalny Maxim Alibaev. This was reported by "Apology of Protest" with reference to the lawyer Ruslan Sozonov.
The court considered him guilty under the article on re -non -fulfilling the legal requirement of a policeman by a picket participant ( part 6 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses ).
On the eve of December 15, Alibaev was detained during a single picket. On his poster, photographs of eight people were depicted, who, according to the journalistic investigationof The Insider , Bellingcat , CNN and with the participation of Der Spiegel, are involved in the poisoning of the opposition Alexei Navalny with the chemical substance of the Novice group. In the police department on Alibaev, a protocol was drawn up, and then left in the department for the night before the trial.
At the end of August, the court arrested Alibaev for five days per single picket. Then he was found guilty under the article on non -fulfillment of the legal requirement of the police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
On December 14, 2020, an investigation of a group of journalists from Bellingcat, The Insider and CNN with the participation of Der Spiegel and the Navalny Fund for Combating Corruption was published. The investigators found out that since 2017, a group of FSB officers with medical education, as well as the security forces, had been following at least three times, tried to poison Navalny’s “newcomer” at least three times.
Navalny became bad on the morning of August 20 on an airplane flying from Tomsk to Moscow. He was landed in Omsk and taken to the local ambulance hospital. According to Navalny's associates, operatives in civilian clothes were on the territory of the hospital. After long negotiations, Navalny's relatives ensured that on August 22 he would be transported to the German Charité clinic. Two days later, representatives of the clinic said that they found signs of a fighting poisonous substance from the Novice group in his body. In October, the organization to prohibit chemical weapons (OPCU) confirmed the presence of traces of poison from the Novice group in Navalny analyzes.
