Large Novosibirsk Developer is declared bankrupt

The head of the Kvarsis group of companies, Peter Ovchinnikov, was declared bankrupt. The case is associated with unpaid legal services for the developer of the Novosibirsk water park.

The court recognized the chairman of the board of the construction group of Kvarsis, the chairman of the construction group of Peter Ovchinnikov, the arbitration website says. The lawsuit was filed by the general director of the law firm Consileys Alexei Korokovsky.

The amount of requirements was 570 thousand rubles.

As part of the production of Ovchinnikov, he submitted a statement of self-banking due to a debt of more than 746.77 million rubles. The court accepted it for production.

In June 2020, the Zaeltsovsky District Court of Novosibirsk satisfied his claim for Ovchinnikov for 570 thousand rubles. The money was not paid under the agreement between the Korkov and Ovchinnikov for the provision of legal services for one of the companies of the developer - LLC VDT Stroy.

“ VDT-STRO ” was a customer for the construction of the Novosibirsk water park and is associated with the Kvarsis group Ovchinnikov. The object was built with the participation of direct state support from the regional budget - the company received 177.5 million rubles.

In addition, in 2019, the court introduced bankruptcy proceedings to the Kvarsis-Construction LLC-observation. In 2020, the court recognized the company bankrupt and introduced bankruptcy proceedings.
