The nuance is that formally it is not from doctors, but from the “cleaners of industrial premises” of the hospital, who actually perform the duties of orderlies - documentary evidence of this is at the disposal of “new”. But the rights of not only employees are violated. First of all, “saving” in the Central District Hospital violates the rights of patients.

That is, the function of providing medical care is directly transferred from doctors to people who are not.

I must say, the head physician Grishko took a somewhat strange position in the situation. He began to argue that "there was not a single complaint during the year."
