Compared to ruthless, brutal “black snow”, “surviving” is a pure “la-la-lend”. At the same time, the parable told by Burnashev in the spirit of the early Kim Ki Duk is replete with the social signs of time: this is alcoholism squinting the local population, and the moving posts of the greedy traffic cops “White Swans”, which have survived to the taiga - and expensive tickets for the aircraft (and where to fly: sausage and vodka and there are), and there is a good life to the noise of the TV.

As a metaphor for freezing being - a machine in snow dust with a spot of blood under the bumper. And the spirit of the road that punishes those who do not respect it, including the “white swan”.

"Crossroads"

George Lyalin's debut “Crossroads” is a criminal drama (jury special prize). And again, the palette, which becomes the talisman of our cinema. The intoxicating substance is cheap and very angry. Artem and his comrades carry cans of stolen alcohol of the huckster, who makes him “expensive drinks”. Artem is ready for anything in order to continue the harmful business, “rise”, marry the right, conquer Moscow. But the news of the death of his father forces him to return to his hometown of Sovetsk.

She is smart: not only wrapps in nightclubs, but comes up with an algorithm for detecting user addictions in social networks, a kind of Dating application. In general, it takes off and falls. Goes to yourself.

In the first film, the gender alignment was equivalent. In the second - in the spirit of time - a solo party in a woman. And the organic property of Christina - unpredictability - becomes the plot motor. Well, of course, the extraordinary recommendations of the corrosive psychologist Kozlov, the author of the book “Life from scratch”. Karimov removes the melodrama as a detective about people's relations. He plays with the timeline, the action now jumps: he suddenly dawns into the past and emerges, it seems, to amazement of the characters themselves. Comedies and ease here are less than in the first film (and more than a two -hour timing involuntarily recalls the series that had to be reduced). At the same time, the picture, of course, is charming, differing from the army of cardboard rompom with live intonation, an attempt to find the causes of people's inconsistencies who seem to love each other, but they are not always able to understand themselves. The authors avoid predictable moves. However, the main trump card is the exact work of Ingrid Olerinskaya and Evgeny Tsyganov, who once again demonstrated the gift of a comedic actor.

It is clear that it is difficult to survive cinemas. But people are even more difficult.
