And very many “covid-positive” patients say that the analysis did at their own expense, since they could not achieve a direction from the therapist, ”said Elena.

According to Elena, the number of coronavirus is growing, and there are not enough places in hospitals for patients.

No longer bring us patients in oxygen, we have no places for them

- At the previous shift, the doctor of the reception department of the Center for Infectious Diseases of the Arkhangelsk Regional Hospital, sadly looked at me, an oxygen cylinder under his arm and a patient I delivered in an inhalation mask and said: "Do not bring us patients to oxygen, we have no places for them." Many additional beds are expanded, but most of them for patients with a slight shape and moderate, who do not need oxygen therapy, ”said the paramedic.

Due to the lack of transport and personnel, the doctors began to process greatly, and patients are waiting for medical care for several hours.

- Many work on almost two bets. I combine work with study, so I do not take extra shifts, my load on the clock remained the same, but the load has grown significantly directly on the change. Previously, this is so that we rode on the challenges without rest, it only happens to the peak of the flu epidemics, and now we are in this mode since September, and patients also suffer - they expect an ambulance for 3-5 hours, says Elena.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, all personal protective equipment was given to doctors in full. According to Elena, the quality of such protection is sometimes so -so: in the respirators, the ends of the wire stick out of the latch, protective costumes are given only for calls to patients with a confirmed Covid, and doctors come to non -confused surgic robes. And with such a number of ill restrictive measures, they do not work everywhere.

Go to the hospital, there is nothing to create a focus of infection here

- Everyone is afraid of coronavirus, but no one wears masks correctly. Mass events from 50 people are prohibited, but at the medical university lectures are in person (more than 200 students in the audience). On TV, they broadcast about the free bed fund, and the ambulance has nowhere to hand over the patient. From each iron they tell about the feat of doctors, but when the medic gets sick, his neighbors knock on the door and say: "Come to the hospital, there is nothing to create an infection of the infection." Personally, when I was sick, I faced a false charge of my neighbors of violation of quarantine, although I did not even leave the apartment even to the garbage chute, ”said Elena.

According to paramedic, many employees of the healthcare system in the Arkhangelsk region have not received the promised payments from the state for working with sick coronavirus. This is due to the fact that the situation depends on each institution: in the ambulance, the promised payments went to everyone, but some hospitals and clinics did not receive allowances. In her opinion, the authorities do not specifically put Covid to doctors, so as not to pay them compensation.

One of the most critical situations with Covid -19 is in St. Petersburg. By mid -December, the bed of the city was practically exhausted. It becomes extremely alarming for himself and loved ones. What is missing? Doctors? Cars? The city is not poor. Who is to blame? - I fell ill with coronavirus in mid -October. When the diagnosis was confirmed, they called me from Rospotrebnadzor, questioned where I work, with whom I contacted. I told everything in detail, gave all the phones and even got the addresses of my friends. But, as I later found out, no one received any notifications and instructions. They turned to work from Rospotrebnadzor after a week and a half; They contacted my friends already when I was writing out. That is, theoretically, the people with whom I talked could go everywhere and spread the infection to the right and left, ”said a resident of Petrozavodsk George . - There are a lot of such examples; The instructions from Rospotrebnadzor do not come only with delay - they come when no one needs it.

Another problem is a long manufacturing tests for coronavirus. In Karelia, the results of analyzes are expected for weeks. All this time, relatives of the sick go to work, their children visit schools and kindergartens. In mid -November, the Ministry of Health of the republic introduced the regulations: the positive test of citizens must be notified in a maximum of two days, about a negative - a maximum of three. Realizing that orders are not fulfilled, the Karelian authorities changed the rhetoric: the head of the region, Arthur Parfenchikov, said that testing is an unreliable thing, and treatment is in any case prescribed by symptoms.

- We came to the understanding that we are treating not tests, but a patient. Moreover, according to experts, they have low diagnostic value - 60–70 percent. If a person has signs of coronavirus, you need to start treating without waiting for tests, ” said the governor on a straight line on December 15.

However, there is no one to treat. In the republic - a rigid lack of medical personnel.

- The disaster did not begin immediately: until mid -October, everything was tolerant. But then I was quarantined because of my husband, who was ill with coronavirus. I was healthy, but I had to sit at home for three weeks - I could not tell me the results of the strokes for a very long time. At this time, my colleagues began to hurt: the incidence in general increased, and this immediately affected the doctors themselves. Those who contacted the patients began to become infected with coronavirus, first of all-therapists, nurses, ”said an employee of one of the clinics in Petrozavodsk.

According to her, therapists are now very processed. If in ordinary times the norm of calls for a house is 15–20 per day, now doctors serve 25-30 calls, while working not only on weekdays, but also on weekends, and sometimes even at night.

If the employee is tired, he can make a mistake

- Do not forget that we go on calls in protective costumes. This is very difficult physically. It is exhausting. And it is simply dangerous: if the employee is tired, he can make a mistake, ”said the therapist. - Paper work also increased. Every day you have to take documents for the house. There are so many patients that we do not have time to close the sick leave in time. The person is already healthy, but there is no one to write him out. The stacks of cards are lying, there is no one to approach them. People complain that doctors do not come to them. But the doctor will serve all the challenges that they gave him. And if doctors physically lack, what to do? Even patients are indignant that they are not given free medicines. They promised everyone that patients who are treated on an outpatient basis will be provided with medicines. Yes, only they are not, these medicines. And people make claims to us!

Due to failures in the healthcare system, many patients are on the verge of life and death. A resident of Petrozavodsk, Alexander Ershov, says that he managed to get to the infectious diseases hospital only through his acquaintances: the doctor who sent him to hospitalization could not get through to the ambulance.

- I spent two weeks at home with a temperature that did not get down. Finally came the doctor. In theory, she had to call an ambulance to me, called for some secret numbers, but no one answered them, they were constantly busy, ”recalls Alexander. - I had to act through friends. My former colleague personally contacted an ambulance paramedic, and after some time the brigade arrived. They took it to CT, where I diagnosed an extensive lung defeat. From there - to the infectious diseases hospital. There was a queue of ambulances, at least six cars, but they spent me past this line. I was already half -dead, and when I got into the ward, I immediately began to breathe oxygen.
