Let me remind you that on the evening of November 17, 2017, in the Crystal Ballroom restaurant in the Oeka tower on the territory of the Moscow City complex, Moscow businessman Dmitry Pavlov celebrated its 50th anniversary. To serve the feast, the birthday person hired about eighty waiters, for security - fighters of two chokes at once.
More than three hundred guests gathered for the celebration, among whom there were such authoritative characters as Sergey Aksenov, Oleg Shishkanov, Sergey Lalakin, who are called Aksen, Shishkan, and Rules in very specific circles.
The banquet began at eight in the evening. Around 20.30, Maybach arrived to the VIP input, from which the co-owner of the Eye tower, a member of the Board of Directors of the company Vimm-Bill-Dann, Gavriil Yushvaev. The late guest entered the building and hastened to join the celebrations.
Yushvaev’s security remained with the car. They approached the employees of the ChOP GRAPS-2 and asked to remove the car for the parking lot. The request was not understood. They tried to explain that this is the car of the owner of the skyscraper and he "is always here." Chopovtsy turned out to be persistent. A crime ensued. The Rosgvardists from the FSUE “security” Dmitry Jacobson and Dmitry Ivanchev, who invited everyone to calm down and disperse, approached the conflicting. But then the shooting began.
The first shots sounded in the lobby, continued on the fourth floor, in the banquet hall. As a result, both Rosgvardeans, Chopovtsy Kirill Titorenko and Grigory Amelin, DJ Alexei Ivkin were injured. Employee Chop Plato Coyda, who was injured on the ground floor, died a few days later.

The investigation of the crime in the “Oek” tower was instructed to the First Administration for the investigation of especially important cases (on crimes against the individual and public security) of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Moscow. The investigative group was headed by the investigator for particularly important cases of Levon Agagazhanyan.
Six months later, on May 15, 2018, Agadzhanyan issued a decision to attract Jacobson, Titorenko and Koyda (posthumously) as accused.
Initially, the investigation adhered to the version that the conflict overgrown with a shootout was provoked by "people of Yushvaev", namely Magomed Ismailov and Eldar Hamidov, who were immediately arrested.
A few more people who managed to calculate from the recordings from video surveillance cameras disappeared and were put on the wanted list. Among them, Magomed Magomedov (a well -known sports world under the pseudonym Propeller), champion of Russian kickboxing Said Asadulaev (the pseudonym "Scorpio") and another six athletes.

By May 2018, Agadzhanyan had already established that Ismailov was a leader who gave the teams accompanying him that he uttered the phrase: “we get”, after which weapons appeared in the hands of the “people of Yushvaev”.
Then he grabbed a weapon from Kobura and Jacobson. But before he even had time to remove him from the fuse: he was wounded and dropped the gun. And someone else shot from his floor selected from the floor.
What is important, in the lobby on the ground floor were not found and seized bullets and sleeves from PM.
Four cartridges and three bullets from Jacobson’s service weapon were discovered and seized on the 4th floor. But this did not prevent the investigator Agadzhanyan from indicating in the decision to attract as the accused that Jacobson on the ground floor fired at least seven shots from the PM.
The fact that on the ground floor there were no bullets or a sleeve from the Jacobson pistol was also aware of the leadership of the MOSS of the IC of Russia in Moscow. Later, the head of the first department for the investigation of the Particularly important cases of the GSU of the IC of Russia in Moscow, Dmitry Pavlov, will testify about “the absence of bullets and cartridges from the PM Jacobson on the 1st floor”, recalling that “this circumstance was very confused by the procedural decision on the attraction of Jacobson as the accused.” Pavlov also showed that "the fact of the absence of bullets and sleeves was reported to leaders ..."
And the investigator Agadzhanyan “forgot” to seize and introduce the bullets extracted from the body of Kirill Titorenko to the criminal case.
Chopovtsa was taken to the Research Institute for them. Botkin with gunshot wounds of the head, chest, shoulder and the zygomatic region of the face. During the operation, the surgeons took out bullets. But the investigator was allegedly not interested in these bullets. However, later Agadzhanyan explained the uneasy of bullets with “great workload”.
I “forgot” Agadzhanyan to seize and introduce the case and a bullet to the materials, extracted from the body of Rosgvarder Ivanchev, just like the bullet, which Jacobson was wounded in the lobby of the 1st floor. This was also explained by the "workload."
But the most serious accusation that Agadzhanyan is presented today is the substitution of bullets aimed at examination.
The bullet from the Makarov pistol, extracted from the hips of DJ Ivkin, who was injured on the fourth floor, was described as a bullet extracted from the body of Chopovtsa Koyda, wounded on the ground floor. And the investigator described the “Koyda bullet” as a “badge bullet”.
This substitution allowed to charge Jacobson, whom Agagazhanyan accused of killing Koyda. Although by the time the shooting moved to the fourth floor, to the Crystal Ballroom restaurant, the Russian Guard was bleeding, and his table weapons were stolen.
After the charges of Jacobson, Titorenko and Koyde in Moscow, rumors crawled in Moscow that those who were in custody of Ismailov and Hamidov would soon be released, and the search for other participants in the shootout would be canceled.
But in the resolution signed by the Vajnik investigator Levon Agadzhanyan, there were so many inconsistencies that the Moscow prosecutor's office protested him. Agadzhanyan was removed from the investigation, the investigative group of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in Moscow was disbanded, and the business itself was taken into the central apparatus of the Investigative Committee.
What motives Levon Agadzhanyan was guided, making numerous mistakes, and the investigation has to be established.
From the Investigative Committee of the Levon Agadzhanyan was dismissed in February last year and worked as a lawyer until his arrest.
