Perm Ballet will present the production of Anton Pimonov

On December 23 and 24, premiere performances of the ballet “mischievous songs” - the first joint work of the choreographer Anton Pimonov with the ballet troupe of the theater, which he headed in September this year, will be held on the stage of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater.

According to the theater’s press service, the premiere will be held as part of the evening of one-act ballets , the program of which also includes the renewed ballets of George Balanchin “Serenade” to the music of Tchaikovsky and “Rubin” to the music of Stravinsky.

The music of the bullets, which was chosen for the production of Anton Pimonov, is diverse both in mood and in pace. He did not take the entire “mischievous songs” cycle and changed its part of its parts, supplementing with fragments from other instrumental plays of this composer, to get a dramatic solid ballet structure.

“The choreographic text of“ mischievous songs ”is extremely concentrated,” says Anton Pimonov. - What could be stretched to three actions, we perform in twenty -two minutes. The Piano Party on December 23 will perform performed by Artem Abashev, the main conductor of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater, on December 24, spectators will hear her performed by Alexei Suchkov. The batch of baritone on the first evening will be fulfilled by Konstantin Suchkov, on the second - Alexei Gerasimov.
